All plant beds & turf areas will be weeded monthly or 6x per season. Weed wil
be pulled from the plant beds. Turf areas will be treated as necessary. Cracks in the curbs, driveway, sidewalks, etc.
will be sprayed with a non-selective herbicide

Monthly Selective Pruning & Hedging
All trees & shrubs under 15′ in height will be properly groomed monthly

5x Fertilization plus Lime Application & Broadleaf Control Package
Late Winter or Late Fall
- Limestone application, 25lbs per 1000 sq. ft.
- Neutralizing and reducing acid in the soil
Purpose: It is effectively applied in either spring or fall and keeps the soil P.H. neutral by
reducing the acid in the soil. A correct P.H. that is balanced allows the grass plants to utilize valuable
nutrients correctly and increases microbial activity, which is very important to the long-term health of your lawn.
